Caring for children has been a joy to me for over 20 years. Although I have a long career as a pediatrician, I enjoy learning so that I can provide the most current care to my patients. My goal is to partner with each family to provide excellent care with kindness.

I am certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. I am also an American Medical Association member.

My family relocated often throughout my younger years before settling in Bossier City. I graduated from Parkway High School and received a degree in Microbiology from LSU in Baton Rouge. I then returned to complete medical school in Shreveport. As an Air Force pediatrician, I completed residency at Wright State University in Ohio, then served at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama. I later returned to Ohio to work in private practice. I am happy to have been back in the local area for the past 4 years, near my twin sister. I have been enjoying the friendly community and the warmer weather.

I currently live in Benton with my husband Edward and teen sons Collin and Daniyar. I enjoy travel and was able to see different parts of the world during the adoption of my sons. Other hobbies include reading, swimming, and walking my dog Jack Jack. I also have fun going to my children’s school and sporting events.
